Fishbarcoding samples have been received by Sequetech, now we wait for results. Video Skills Log - Amazing. Powerful. Impressive. I am going through these right now and I am wondering if we might have a few brave souls who would share theirs and allow a class critique? I think this would be very valuable...... At least, please do view two peers videos each, provide a written critique for each person to go into digication along with their video (and my feedback). Let's discuss this. Let's go over some questions - wobble versus degenerate primers, the same thing different name? What do you think? What are we doing? Let's take a step back and take a bird's eye view before we move forward. Questions/discussion. Last 30 min. of the period - I will be in the SS Mike with some of you for Digication training; you will start either 1) your next video skills log or 2) your content log on the lab you didn't write-up or 3) you will work on your formal lab write-up. You must be actively working on one of these things. Please share your work with Andrew and Jiren as they come around to see how you are learning/growing. Tuesday, 10/10/17
